The operator of PrivateStory is not the primary producer (as that term is defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75) of any of the visual content contained on the Platform.

PrivateStory is an online platform that allows for the distribution and sharing of adult content. Content creators are solely responsible for producing, uploading, and maintaining records for any visual depictions of sexually explicit conduct they create. Each content creator must verify their age and the ages of individuals depicted in the content they upload.

In compliance with federal law, all performers featured on PrivateStory have verified their identity and age with the Platform prior to uploading any content. Additionally, each content creator has certified that:

1. All individuals appearing in their content are over the age of eighteen (18) years.
2. They have obtained and maintained model releases for each individual appearing in their content.
3. They have kept appropriate records as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75, and such records are available for inspection upon request.
